Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

Waterbury is in Connecticut, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Waterbury follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I went in for a simple oil change and I think they ruined my car forever. Once I left here my oil light started coming on, a leak started after taking the car here. So I brought it in and told them hey, I didn't have these issues before I brought my car in. They made it seem like they fixed whatever went wrong and I was all set free of charge. However the issue still continues, the oil light pops on, and now my transmission light is coming on. Mind you- before I took the car in there, I never had any issue with it. I have no idea what they did. I will probably never know what they did to my car that day. But they put a rookie on who did not reassemble the piece correctly, which they even admitted to me. And though they said it's all fixed now, it's not. And if I had taken it somewhere else, I wouldn't have any problem with my car right now. Crazy right? So I feel its very important to post this. Because I know I can't afford another car and this place may have just ruined my life.

STAY AWAY if you like professional service. Very very unprofessional and careless service. They don't give any reports or data too! Not even any oil change mileage stickers. After having bad experience at Meineke Meridian, I tried this shop as I already bought through Groupon. My package was multipoint inspection with oil change and tire rotation. I repeatedly requested to make sure they do multipoint inspection and give me a report. Front desk gentlemen was well behaved and ensured me that things will be done. However, he couldn't give me any reports, told me that their mobile camera not working so couldn't take any photo or data. And whatever things he said, EVERYTHING WAS WRONG OR HE LIED. He told me my rear break pad is almost gone, my cabin and engine air filters were good. As I couldn't trust them, I did another inspection by Firestone, and came to know that it is actually my front break pad and rotor need to be replaced. Firestone also told me that both air filters are actually very dirty and need to be replaced too. And the car run out of wash fluid which was supposed to filled up by Meineke. So imagine their service, honesty and professionalism!! If you value your life a

I made an appointment for an oil change and it wasnt taken in to be serviced for another hour. Now, prior to coming in- I had my car cleaned and detailed. When I got my car back, there was oil stains on the floor mat, on the interior AND exterior of the driver door. There was so much oil on the techs shoes that there was a foot trail leading away from my vehicle. So u can imagine how much was left on the inside of the car. I went in there to inform them and asked why they don’t use floor mats for protection. He said they don’t have any and didn’t even apologize. I expected them to try to rectify this by maybe even offering to clean the mess he left behind but he did not. This is definitely the last time I bring my vehicle to this location to be serviced. The only positive thing I can say about this visit was that the gentleman at the front desk was friendly.

The front-desk agent was friendly and straightforward. I had an appointment but he said it might be a while. Some negatives: car inspection said tires were worn to 5/32 but they were brand new (2 weeks old). Inspection also said all the lights were working but both of my brake lights were out (which I learned a few days later when I got an oil change at a different shop).

Came in to get an oil change as I have done here before, after paying and leaving I get in my car and I have an oil pressure light on when I bring it back they told me I was missing a quart of oil, which was concerning to me since I went their for an oil change and they also didn't fill up my washer fluid. Had to bring it back the next day for them to tell me someone had put a spring in the wrong way. My car is ok but the carelessness is really what got to me and the guy at the front was trying to make it seem like it was a previous issue with my car. Safe to say I will not be returning..
